CoseLearn

CoseLearn “Coopération Suisse en matière de eLearning” is a program that was initiated by QualiLearning with support from the SDC and which consists of promoting e-learning in a number of French-speaking countries in Africa, namely Algeria, Burkina Faso, Congo-Brazzaville, Mali, Morocco, Mauritania, Niger, Senegal, Chad and Tunisia.

The main aim of this program, which started in July 2003, is to promote e-learning by progressively implementing a Virtual Campus in more than 50 partner universities. During the first phase of the CoseLearn program, 168 experts from the partner universities will benefit from QualiLearning courses. The course offered these experts could lead to them being awarded an “International Master in e-Learning” (MIEL).

The experts will make up the permanent pedagogic and technical support teams that will be available to the institutions taking part in CoseLearn.

These permanent teams will in turn be responsible, from the second phase of the program, for teaching several dozen e-learning specialists in each partner University.
