Members-founders before joining the Center, and later within MEC, were doing their best to help children and youth from Serbia during the hard time of isolation and poverty to maintain as much as possible contacts with fellows from all over the world.

Great help to our efforts came from ECTC, CIFEJ and other international organizations. They all gave us precious support that enabled us to be prepared to follow the trends of media literacy for children and youth and no-formal education by means of media. That established for us opportunity to give our contribution to development of global network for better communication, cooperation and work on mutual projects for children and youth from all over the globe.
