Importing another blog via RSS feed glitch?

Hi Adam
Sorry to bother you again. A while ago, when I tried to change the blog I imported into my DDN blog by inserting the RSS feed of the new blog in the DDN blog'settings, it didn't work. I thought I had bungled and left it at that.
But today I checked 2 other DDN blogs that used this importation via RSS feed:
Andy Carvin's http://www.digitaldivide.net/blog/acarvin from http://www.andycarvin.com/
and Taran Rampersad's http://www.digitaldivide.net/blog/taran from http://www.knowprose.com/.
And both Andy's and Taran's DDN blogs stop at October 7, 2006 - whereas their sources go on.
Is this a glitch or a measure taken to prevent possible spammers from importing inappropriate content via RSS?
Best
Claude

Based on the date, it sounds like something we did to stop the annoying spammers.
I'll ask Yaz and see what's up.

Mike fixed this recently. Is this still a problem?
